Administrative Relief Coordinator
Join our progressive, multicultural, passionate team of professionals! The Latin American Coalition is seeking an experienced, bilingual community organizer to lead and coordinate our efforts to prepare for the wave of upcoming administrative relief, naturalization, and immigration reform work as part of our involvement in the National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA). The duration of this temporary, full-time position is from October 2015-February 2016. Some nighttime and weekend hours are necessary, as well as some travel.
Immigrant Welcome Center Coordinator
Join our progressive, multicultural, passionate team of professionals! The Latin American Coalition is seeking a fully bilingual Immigrant Welcome Center Coordinator to provide support to immigrant families using our social service to social action model. The scope of work ranges from case management, victim’s assistance, and crisis intervention to conducting outreach, strengthening relationships with community partners, and moving clients to action. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Immigrant Welcome Center Director in our offices located in Charlotte, NC. Some nighttime and weekend hours are necessary.
