A NIGHT IN RIO The Brazilian Carnival Experience
A TOTAL SUCCESS!
On Thursday February 18th, The Neighborhood Theatre was packed with people who were excited to experience Brazilian Carnival in Charlotte. Over 800 people danced samba, listened to bossa nova and Brazilian soul, tasted Cariocan cuisine and drank capirinhas. The Latin American Coalition would like to give special thanks to sponsors, volunteers, and the Brazilian community who made this joyous event possible. From now on we will be celebrating the Brazilian Carnival every year in Charlotte.
A Night in Rio showed that Brazilians have arrived in Charlotte BIG TIME!
