Through cultural celebrations, sensitivity trainings, and community forums the Latin American Coalition creates opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds to dialogue together, develop common bonds and work along side one another to build a community which embraces, supports, and respects people of all cultures and backgrounds.
- Latin American Festival: An annual celebration of Latin American heritage, food, dances, music and crafts.
- Cinco de Mayo, Festival Fanta: A day of family fun and cultural celebration.
- Tertulias: Highlighting the flavor and uniqueness of a chosen Latin American country through dance, music, food, visual art, literature and poetry.
- Día de los Muertos, A Festival of Souls: Celebrates the Mexican traditions of the Day of the Dead.
