The Latin American Coalition offers a wide array of programs to Latino families to ensure their adjustment and integration into the Charlotte community. Whether helping to secure an entry-level job or advance a career, teaching English or continuing adult education, assisting in the purchase of a first home or the start-up of a small business, the Latin American Coalition champions the American dream on behalf of immigrants.
- Workforce Development: Employment workshops for laborers, access to job opportunities and connections to sustainable career pathways.
- Small Business Development: Workshops for Latino business owners looking to expand their existing businesses or start new ones.
- First-Time Home Buyers Program: Group classes and private consultations supporting the entire home buying process from the initial planning stages to closing.
