We fully comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidance. Only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us (such as email address, name, phone number). As a registered non-profit organization, we are granted privacy protections and are not obligated to share or provide your information to any private or public institution. We do not sell to third parties and maintain high confidentiality standards. Staff or any person engaged in support of our direct services sign Privacy Agreements and receive training associated with those privacy protocols. We manage contact information in secure sites, only accessible to specific staff. We provide the same standard of privacy protection to all user, regardless of citizenship status, origin or location.”
