The Latin American Coalition empower students, offering them the opportunity to refine their knowledge with mentors and professionals, who will share community development and participation strategies, which will reinforce the safety of the participant and increase their academic performance.

Our programs “Ganas” is a mentoring program created to help increase graduation rates among English Language Learners in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.
