Teens for Courage believes that teenagers hold the key to a future without violence, that they are capable of creating lasting change in society, and that they have the power to change the culture to one that does not tolerate abusive behavior.
The technique used by the organization to confront violence is providing teenagers with information and tools that will empower them and in turn empower other teenagers. Teens are the first line of defense for other teens, who often turn to friends for support before ask for help from family or other adults. If you need help, or someone you know needs it, don’t hesitate to attend and be a part of this program that provides resources, you can share with friends who may need help and support.
