The Latin American Coalition’s (LAC) cultural mission is to create welcoming spaces for people of diverse backgrounds by highlighting the richness and diversity of Latino cultures, supporting local Latino(x) entrepreneurs and artists, and bringing over 25,000 community members together annually. Our events are well known and sought out by all residents of our area.
LAC was founded in 1990, making us the oldest and largest immigrant community-based organization of the region. Our programs assist over 8,000 immigrants per year find a pathway to belonging to an equitable, inclusive, and diverse society through education, cultural celebration, and advocacy.

In comparison to a private per-profit event, as a 501c3 non-profit, every dollar raised at our events is used to support our community-building programming.
